Do you feel you need to talk about an issue which may be having an impact on your life?  Would you like to see your future improve, to feel better, to think more clearly or simply to explore aspects of your life?  Whatever it is we can probably work together to help you.

In Counselling there is no set agenda and clients speak about a variety of issues.  In fact, you can discuss and voice anything that's important to you.  Some examples of what people discuss include:

  • Stress
  • Relationship Issues
  • Depression
  • Anger
  • Addiction
  • Co-Dependency
  • Bereavement and Loss
  • Family problems
  • Anxiety
  • Shame Issues
  • Childhood or Adult Experienced Trauma
  • Sexual Orientation Issues
  • Coping with Problems at work
  • Financial worries
  • Physical or emotional illnesses
  • Surviving physical and/or sexual abuse
  • Facing redundancy and career change
  • Exploring who you are, could be and want to be

Whatever it is you need -or want - to explore in a safe, supportive, caring (and sometimes challenging) environment you can speak with me in confidence. Call 086 608 42 92 to book an appointment
