Low-Cost Therapy

Low-Cost Therapy:

update MAY 2015 - low cost services have been suspended pending clearing backlog on list

Option One (Individual Therapy)

If you are experiencing financial difficulty (eg out of work, high mortgage payments etc) I will do the best I can to see you for a reduced fee. To avail of this service please send an EMAIL only outlining your circumstances to info@dublintherapycentre.com

I will come back to you as soon as a low cost place becomes available. Please EMAIL ONLY as demand for this service is high.

Option Two - (Group Therapy)

If you would like to work through issues and also save money, Group therapy is one of the most effective and supportive forms of helping people to get the help they need.

Dublin Therapy Centre holds small groups of maximum 6 people. There are many advantages of group work for clients.

Firstly, working in a group allows support, challenge and a gentle way to look at behaviours and potential solutions. The results of working in a group are profound.

Secondly, Group therapy is very cost effective. Simply stated the fee is less than half that of individual sessions.

Group work is also held in a confidential manner - ie what is discussed in the group stays with the group and participants will be guided to respect confidence and trust of other members.

If you are interested in attending group therapy at Dublin Therapy Centre please call 086 608 42 92 or email info@dublintherapycentre.com.
